Title: New SR 2015 owner !

Hi,

I'm Djihatch, from France, 42, technology teatcher. I'm interested in technology (of course !) and motorbikes so I'm a new owner of a Zero SR 2015 'till a week and I love it !

There's a lot of precious informations here so, I thank you all for that : A part of the decision to buy the bike came from the fact that I know where to find some help if I got a problem.

I hope to give it back one of these days, but I have to learn first !

You're right, but that's not the major problem wich is : How to remove all those mosquitos sticked on my teeth !!!  ;D

Welcome. May I/we ask what you paid for your bike? How many kilometres it had on it, as it from a dealer? There's a thread on second hand values, so it would be great if you could post there please.

Hi,

The price is 11 500 $ for a june 2015 SR from a first hand owner... Not a great deal (from my bank point of view ;-) ), but I wanted  it so much !.

Here, in France, Brand new ones are sold 23 000.

Thanks. There is a second hand 2015SR with a powertank up for sale here in the UK.  I might be tempted, especially as I know the previous owner.

I ride it for a month now and I'm still very satisfied with it. I experience a little charging problem which stops at 95 % (not a big deal as the bike is almost 3 years old, that's normal, i guess), Zero wants to see it at the dealer's shop, under warranty.
From my (very low !) experience, this bike is really ok but I would suggest you to request the log files from the owner (decode it with the zero file viewer online) to see if everything's OK (I realized that the full charged voltage of my bike started to decrease one year ago). Make sure that there is a Zero dealer not too far away (in case of problem or if you want to buy accessories/parts because Zero only sells trough their dealers).
