Yes they are. I spoke with a Gates representative at the EICMA 2019 about their belts being used at the SR/F

Hey Brian, I noticed that on that page as well as Sprocket Specifications page the front sprocket on 2017+ bikes is listed as being 20t, however bikes with the 75-5 motor have a 18t (FX/S and 7.2kw/h SDS). Rear sprocket is still 90t so the ratio is 5:1 instead of 4.5:1.

The Zero OEM belt is 14mm wide, that one's one 12mm. Pitch, length, and tooth count is correct.
