I think I posted this in the wrong forum yesterday. I have a 16 ZERO FX that was been at the dealer twice since September because it is not charging. They replaced the MBB and Charger, said it was working, but its not working. Green light comes on but there is not current draw. If the batteries are full the green light will stay on otherwise the green light will go off after 10-15 seconds. You hear the contactor clicking open/closed. I can charge with my external charger, a DeltaQ, through the fast charge port. The dealer said they checked the fuses, but either the main fuse or some other fuse seems like the only problem cause of this. Help me, don't even want to talk about what I already paid for nothing.

If it charges with an external charger, and they replaced the onboard charger, I would check the 10A charge fuse and its holder. If the holder is melted or the fuse is bad, it would prevent the onboard charger from working(but not an external one).
