Title: 2011 and 2012 Zeros being recalled due to faulty brake light switch
Post by: Richard230 on July 08, 2012, 05:33:29 AM
It looks like Zero is recalling 450 of their 2011 and 2012 models to fix a brake light switch malfunction.  See the story here:

As long as they are going to repair my brake light switch, I hope they will also replace my turn signal relay too, which has stopped relaying turn signal instructions to my turn indicators.  (I am awaiting the part to arrive at my dealer.)

My front brake seems OK in this regard, but I do have to mash the rear pretty good before my light comes on. The switch appears to be adjustable, though, and I was going to give that a shot first. Guess I'll wait and see if I get something in the [e|snail]mail.
