Title: 2011 XU motor ESC 4834 programing help

Please before I start any sugestion? How would I go about adding regen braking?

not to put you off - if you program the alltrax and run into problems that might need a rest it can only be done by sending the controller back (physically !!!) to alltrax.

to config regen - someone else might know but I guess as in other 2010/2011 bikes the MBB controls everything and is not setup for regen.

The speed is restricted by law??? what law govern the speed of a bike to 40 mph?? the standar xu has no differences it will do 55 mph.

Clean up some of the wiring they sure do not secure the cables to well.

So the BEC "Batt eliminator curuit"? that's what I thought.

Sweet If wanted to reduce load on the main Batteries I would start with this draw. I want to replace the BEC with 12v lipo pack. Later I want to regen tne pack with a regen brake system. Next step will be figure out how much the load of lights draw, with them converted to LED bulbs. Then seperat the 12v system from the main battery.

I contacted Zero tonight they said they could un lock the LSM, I may just may have send them my MBB for reprogramming. Sign a release to do the modification.
