i have a new zero model S i have a 750 kl (465 miles) and my top speed is 145 kl/h (90/h) is normal ? zero motorcycle told 153 kl/h ???
-
90 is the low limit for the eco mode. Did you try to set it with the bluetooth app ?
-
yes my bike is maximum Bluetooth set up
-
and is speed mode, sorry for my English i speak french
-
Are your tyre pressures correct? The bike should get to top speed without struggling. Does it take a long time to reach 145?
-
no long time to reach 145
-
it is a protection before 1000 kl ? maybe
-
No. Did you change anything (smallest gear, different tires,...) ?
-
ok, anayway i love my new bike
-
To be honest, if high top speed is your thing, you should have bought a Hayabusa or something. Go and find some corners!
-
I think just wants to make sure bike can go as fast as it's specs say.
No harm in wanting to see how your new toy performs.

The speedometer on the bikes are usuallly not accurately calibrated; I would check against GPS to verify top speed.
Normally the speedometers are calibrated to read high, which would be concerning if your top speed was still 90 mph. Check it out though and report back..

noiseboy, no the top speed is not very important for me just question and i love my zero s zf11.4 it's a good electric bike, I wish you a beautiful day
-
mine goes 95 and sometimes 96 but then goes to 95, Can't keep it there too long because you get red over temp and it will throttle you down to 85.
-
Mine gos 95 to 96. Cant keep it their unless its cold out. Your not really super wide are you> ;D
