Title: Parts request
Post by: Burton on September 03, 2014, 08:04:50 PM
I need brake light switches for Turbo as the rear banjo pressure switch doesn't work and the front brake master cylinder was replaced with a yamaha dirtbike one which doesn't appear to have a switch inline with it or a means to install one. -_-

Anyone know what part number  / manufacture is for the rear pressure switch? I will likely have to replace the front master cylinder even though EC said it is better than the stock one since I cannot identify it. What size handlebars do we have again on the S model?

I have the rear brake lever/cylinder.. from my 2013FX off, I think it is the same as it is used on a 2013S.

There is no number or sign that tell me what brand or type it is. Sorry.

The front part I guess is different.

1-1/8" at clamp area and tapers to 7/8" for standard grips and controls.  Not sure about the rise and rake.

Ordered some parts tonight.

I think the banjo bolt sensor is a 10mm x 1.25 pitch (standard nissin bolt) and the brakes I have might fit a RD350 Yamaha switch. I will find out some time next week most likely.

Thanks for the replies!

Now I need to make another license plate mount since my last one didn't work out so well :D

Hey guys, if you need any of these parts I think the fastest way would be to contact Hollywood Electrics. They should have all of the parts, excluding the Yamaha ones ;) You can get any Zero part from them.

I contacted Harland via email three days ago ... he likely is too swamped to reply :/

He was my first go to though :) The local guys don't know much -_-
