Title: Change sprocket size on 2015 SR for greater acceleration?
Post by: TheNorwegian on December 20, 2014, 05:41:23 AM
Does anyone know if it's possible, or if it would even work?

I would glady sacrifice some top speed for increased acceleration. Is it possible?

I see that Zero offer this for the S and DS (See link here (http://www.zeromotorcycles.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15_6&products_id=182) ). But nothing for the SR at all, not to mention the SR 2015 :-/ ?

Thank you. This tread should just be deleted. Are there any active mods here?

Why would you delete it. It seems like a valid question aside the likelihood that the S and DS sprockets would fit the SR.

Because there is another post about it I linked  to before I deleted it. Here it is again.
