Title: San Jose urban electric motorcycle park

I have just started reading the January issue of City Bike and came across a press release by BARF, the Bay Area Riders Forum that states as follows:

" BARF is also working to help get approval for the first ever urban electric motorcycle urban motorcycle park in San Jose.... "

I have no idea what this is about but it sounds interesting.  :)

Well... huh. I guess I should pay attention to BARF, then? It's such a mess, I can barely look most of the time.
