Title: 2013 S Frame Sliders
Post by: MorbidBBQ on May 11, 2017, 07:59:15 PM
Has anybody installed frame sliders?  Maybe they're is a generic out there that mounts to the rectangular tubes.

This one says it's for the DS, but it looks like it should fit the S.

I actually purchased them (albeit for a little cheaper) but I found out they only fit the 2013 model. Based off of the pictures they should fit the S just fine. If you want to try them out, I'd be happy to send them out to you since they've been just sitting in my garage for the past year.

RG's frame sliders and rear axle sliders are both only fit for the 2013 frame.

I've seen people use a long threaded rod and skateboard wheels for axle sliders.

The 2013 Zero DS RG frame sliders do fit on my SR 2014 but you do need to cut back the black fairing to fit them.

200 $ piece that's 400$ for both ? I could buy a new plastic fairing set for the same price for my zero FXS...
