I have a 2010 Zero S and yes its battery capacity has degraded for sure. I do not have a cycle analyst but was wondering if anyone with a S or DS that has one could get me some numbers. I am curious what power it takes to maintain speeds. 30, 40, 50mph for instance. If anyone has one, or knows the numbers/where to find them that would be very helpful. Thanks! (oh and yes I know I should just get a cycle analyst myself to find the exact numbers but shipping times to Canada etc. are a nuisance)

Hey craigster, I have a 2010 DS but unfortunately don't have a CA either (I also would be happy to know the numbers). I'm replying just to get in touch with a 2010 owner, as it's something rare nowadays... Where are you from? I'm from Brazil and here we only have 2010 Zeros, apart from a few 2012, as far as I know.

Hey there, good timing I actually posted the question on a Zero Owners Facebook group and got a reply! Ill share the picture with you its very helpful. Also, I am in Toronto, Canada - you're right they're pretty rare most are in California.
The Picture was sent to me from a gentleman that hooked up a cycle analyst to his 2011 DS (which I believe had the same specs) hopefully it helps you too!
