I would be very happy when I buy my Energica if the Redwood City location is available for buying and/or service. Since I live in San Carlos it would make my life much easier in terms of maintenance and buying. When the time comes I'll check with them. I actually work about 3 blocks from that location, but with COVID I feel "dropping by" isn't the best idea. I'll give them a call when I get serious. Worst case scenario I'll head to Livermore.

I've been there when other bay area owners pop by with their bikes and are all like, "Hey check out these cool risers I just put on my bike" and then everyone goes out, talks, kicks tires, plans rides. I'd be shocked if they turned an owner away.

You will probably find that you must buy the bike in Livermore, and complete all the paperwork there, but the rest should be very easy to deal with.

I bought my SS9 in Mtn View and had arrangements made to pick the bike  up right here in Auburn at a local Indian motorcycle shop. That didn't cost me a cent.

Not only that, the Mtn  View shop could not find one of my keys. So Energica came  here to Auburn, after I put more than 600 miles on the bike,  to pick up my bike and bring it to Redwood City to change the immobilizer so they could give me a new set of keys. Not only that, they did my 600 mile service for free while  the bike was in Redwood City. And they also brought the bike back here all serviced, and none of it cost me a cent.

Energica goes out of their way to keep their customers happy, from what I could tell by my own experience with them.

I get the same impression about Energica, they've helped me out so much since I bought my Ego back in October.
