Turned on bike this morning - working perfectly last night when I got home - and this morning the throttle is dead. There are a few symptoms:
1. Engine light is on
2. Throttle doesn't do anything
3. Foolishly whacking the throttle open to test it gives a "WARNING: High throttle" or somesuch. So it *is* actually reading something.
4. With stand up and run toggled to on, as if ready to ride, it won't let me get into the ride mode menu, only the "you're stationary" menu.
5. I can get into the heated grips menu but oddly it then won't let me exit it. Had to power off.
6. No noise from the motor at all.
Any ideas where to look and might there be a simple fix? I find it hard to believe it would simply fail overnight, especially on a bike so "new" (22k miles, 5 years old)
