Many EV are limited in max speed by the electronic and software so the min voltage of the battery dont affect their top speed if battery is max tor low voltage.

I was not sure if the MAX speed of my DS 2011 was affected bu the MBB that would allow a max RPM of the motor based on the max setting in the MBB or if it was affected by the battery voltage.

Today after severa test i confirm that the battery voltage (and battery state of charge) DOES affect max speed !

with a fully balanced and charged battery my DS 2011 is doing 121km/h max
when dishcarged i can barely get 105km/h

I am now 99% sure... unless the MAXSPEED setting in the MBB of 100% have an internal preset value we can't change...

The last two things to confirm would be: to activate my bypass of the MBB throttle filter while goiong at full speed or to false the speed reading of the motor optical sensor by installing it on the larger rear sproket, decreasing the pusle rate by a factor of about 5...
