Just got a brand new 2014 fx a couple weeks ago. Occasionally after unplugging and riding away it will flash the warning light twice, then pause then twice, for the duration of the ride. When I ride a little,  then turn off the key and restart, the flashing stops. Anybody know what the two flash code is?

I'm not sure about the two-two flash, but mine showed a couple of error-light indications that weren't in the manual, along with the entire display flashing on/off and other weirdness.  Updating the firmware to version 44 cured all of it.  If you haven't already, you might want to check out page 3.10 of the '14 FX manual - it shows how to display error codes on the display unit.
