What is involved in changing all the (color) plastics on an SR?
Is there a tutorial, video?

Most panels are easy to remove with the right bits and extensions. The lower tail is the most difficult, so much so that I didn't bother when I swapped for painted parts.

Thanks for citing the unofficial manual - I work on that stuff. I just realized that I haven't listed out how to remove the front fender, but that is relatively simple.

So, tank plastics, front fender, and the tail. It can all be done in an afternoon (I take the tank off regularly, and I just swapped my DS high front fender for the S fender using some custom brackets), although the tail is indeed the trickiest part.
