No new lever is needed, it adjusts right into place. I finally adjusted my rear lever position after riding with it slightly higher than the foot peg for a couple months. I had just gotten used to angling my foot slightly upwards so I was lazy about figuring out how to adjust it, but it turned how to be a simple matter of loosening a nut and took all of 5 minutes.

If you do need to modify the brake lever it's easily doable. Just remove the knurled shaft and add an extension (either up or down). I used aluminum angle. You can adjust out also, if needed by just adding washers. This is on an S, not sure of how much different other models might be.

Installing these lower pegs on my Zero SR makes for a much more aggressive riding stance when perched up in attack position due to forward rotation.  The core is engaged and more effort is needed for elbows up.  I haven't ran into lean angle limits to scrape peg as these don't have feelers like stock pegs, but foot position needs to be on tippy toes for right-hand switchbacks.
