Clunking noise from chassis
« on: October 19, 2012, 11:42:27 PM »

Literally just picked up my new S LE and noticed when taking it out of the crate and getting on and off it that it makes a couple of odd click/clunk noises.  Sounds like a spring slipping against a bit of metal or something, around the rear shock area but i cant precisely locate the sound.   Anyone else noticed this?

i have a ds, but the build quality is quite good and that description sounds like something is pretty fishy...

It is probably the rear shock.
