Does someone ever measured the Wh per km at different speed of the zero motorcycle , X, MX, DS od S?

That would be nice to compare these data. Once i get mu DS 2011, i'll post them as well.

From now anybody managed to test that?.. maybe using  the Cycle Analyst.. or just a knowing your average constant speed and total distance and  fully discharged to charged ...?

E-bicycle do around 15Wh per km at 32km/h and 30Wh per km at 50kmh, and car do between 150 and 300Wh per km

Backing out Zero's range claims gives:

Constant 70 mi/h, 112 km/h		184 wh/mi, 115 wh/km	ZF9 S

In practice, people seem to be getting range a little worse than Zero's claims. So adjust numbers accordingly.

When the claimed UDDS range for a vehicle is greater than the actual mileage of the UDDS test (7.45 miles) does that mean they tested the vehicle again and again until it ran out of power ?

Running that test has really got to be boring.  I hope they have the vehicle on a dyno and being run by a computer.  Otherwise riding like that around and around a 7.5 mile route could kill a few brain cells.

Yes, that's correct. They repeat the UDDS test until the battery is unable to maintain the requested speed -- not just until the last battery indicator falls away.

Richard230: Surely so, as the ZF9 test would take about six hours to run to completion. Presumably the bike is programmed with the driving schedule (think a schedule-driven cruise control) and the dyno is programmed to add a speed-based resistive load to simulate aero and perhaps rider weight.
