Problems with 2014 ZERO S zf11.4

I bought a ZERO S zf11.4 w/ POWER-TANK new last April.  There have been problems with it since Day One. >:(  Four months ago, it just stopped and would not run.   It went to a dealer who took more than a month to diagnose the problems with the bike software and BMS.  Bike was returned a few days ago only to have problems return.  Currently the red warning triangle and green running light  would pulse rapidly four times when I started the bike.  ZERO corporate wants me to send the bike back to the dealer ( about 170 miles away ) AGAIN !

ZERO has not been very helpful and does not tell me what is going on.

Anyone else having these kind of problems ?

How do I get schematics and shop manuals so I can work on my TWO-WHEELED-eTURD myself ?
