Energica to build fast charging system
« on: September 29, 2016, 04:19:55 AM »

This article claims that Energica plans to build a system of fast chargers along back roads favored by motorcycle riders. It also discusses their guaranteed 50% used bike trade-in plan and mentions that a "super warranty" for their bikes will be available:  http://www.autoblog.com/2016/09/28/energica-install-chargers-guarantee-50-trade-in-value/

Here is another article with a few more details:

Any word on whether they actually did it?

Not along any motorcycle routes that I ride.  ???  Meanwhile the H2 station at the intersection of Highway 35 and 84 continues to languish with no progress since last fall. What a waste of money! ::)

Energica is supposed to build a rapid-charging network in California too.  We should go to Redwood City and ask them about it.  You riding to Mountain View on June 6 with us?
