Guys, ever notice how the commercial stations are not the same ones as the cheap residential ones?
The commercial ones cost thousands for the EVSE. Plus you have install costs.
It's ridiculous mark up simply because they can.

You're not going to attract any of the cool kids with 30A.  They want 50A for starters.  Anything above ZF11.4 can take 10kw.

Heh.  Since I got that parking ticket for parking on the sidewalk (hey, I was charging not parking!) I've been charging elsewhere a lot more, and having trouble consuming all the power my solar panels produce.
