Oh, that's hilarious.  She's going to ride a motorcycle in that dress?

You could conceivably ride a Zero sidesaddle. [emoji6] Need both feet for an Energica?

Kickstand on the left, foot brake on the right, that would be quite a trick.

Something like this person-of-smaller-than-average-stature riding a sportbike. They're jumping on from the shifter select side however the way a Zero is set up you could do it from the rear brake side. Of course adding a rear brakeset to the handlebar is another way to go.

Anyone have any idea how their sales are doing, overall (globally or in any region)?

After all, they’re currently the only actual manufacturer for road electric motorcycles except Zero.

I'd expect sales to be reflected in traffic on this site, and there seems to be very little.
In theory, introducing multiple models (after the Ego, the Eva, now with a choice of motors, and this bike) is a good sign, but I wonder/

Energica is a public company so you can find that info from their financial reports. Even if they don't publish actual bike numbers you can divide by an average bike price of around 35k

Thanks! I didn't realize (and am surprised) that they're public.
My Italian is unfortunately not good enough to be sure I understand the full financials, but I did find a cheat sheet, which estimates €2.5M and €11.4M for 2016 & 2017 respectively, translating into 70 and 280 units -- for 2016, that sounds a bit low.

Also found predicted unit numbers: 244 units for 2016, expected to double in 2017, which is more in line of what I'd expect.

It looks like the Eva EsseEsse 9 will be on display at the Las Vegas CES show, January 9-12.
