Chargers are fairly straightforward devices, and the Chinese do them fine.  I have a super cheap Chinese charger for my hub drive moto/bicycle hybrid and it's great, puts out 10% more power than rated.

yeah its more about the config than quality as i realized nearly 70 of the electric stuff comes from there so its not like they're inexperienced. .
Ive spoke to them and they've asked me to confirm the specification of the Input and output plugs as well as the battery parameters. Also found a few other suppliers that have the same style so need to go through the charging threads on here and work out what's needed and see what they want to charge. may be able to get a group deal if anyone is also after one. was after the quic charger originally but not seen any for sale in england at moment so hoping to see if this is a good alternative

English Electric will get you one, but it's more than double the cost for less than a third the power. If you do have success with it let us know as I'd be interested in getting one.

The thing that I would be afraid of is if I had a bike still under warranty (2 year bike/5 year battery & charging components) and somehow the BMS, battery or controller were damaged.   A non-OEM charger would certainly make a warranty claim more difficult.  But if you have a 2018 or older then warranty isn't an issue.

To void a warranty they have to prove that whatever the customer did caused the issue, and Zero have no way to know or prove what charger was used. Also it's probably fairly unlikely to cause any damage.

@dee91
Do you plan to get the "CAN" or the "Enable" version ?
